By winning two consecutive victories in Group 'A', Nepal secured a place in the semi-finals before the last match of the group.
Now the group winner will be decided by the match between Nepal and Oman on Thursday.
This target is the highest score achieved by Nepal in T20 International so far. Earlier, Nepal completed the target of 165 runs against UAE last week.
Kushal Malla scored a half-century in Nepal's victory. He hit 2 fours and 7 sixes in 34 balls while contributing 65 runs.
