The entry of a deadly batsman in the team of Gujarat Titans, like Dhoni, hits the helicopter shot

KATHMANDU: There is only a few days left for the start of IPL season 15. The tournament will start from 26 March. This time 10 teams are participating in IPL. All the team is divided into 2 groups. Two new teams associated with the tournament, Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans have also completed their preparations. Jason Roy had left the team of Gujarat Titans since the start of IPL, but Gujarat has replaced Jason Roy with a deadly batsman in the team. This batsman hits helicopter shots like Dhoni.

Gujarat Titans have added Afghanistan wicketkeeper Rahmanullah Gurbaz with their team. Gurbaz is also an opener and is known for his quick batting. Gurbaz is an amazing batsman in limited overs format. Rahmanullah Gurbaz had scored a half-century in just 14 balls in the T10 league last year. While playing for Delhi Bulls, Gurbaz had scored 57 runs in just 16 balls. Let us tell you that Gurbaz has scored 1620 runs in 69 T20 matches and his strike rate is more than 150. Gurbaz has played in Lanka Premier League, Pakistan Cricket League and is famous for hitting helicopter shots like Dhoni.

Titans, who became a part of IPL for the first time, added Roy to the team as an opener. Gujarat also did not have much option in the form of opener. Shubman Gill is the first option of opening in the team but the search for who would be his partner was a big challenge for the team. Gujarat Titans has put an end to all the tension by adding Gurbaz with their team. Gujarat Titans was the fourth team of IPL for Jason Roy. Earlier, he played for Gujarat Lions in 2017, Delhi Daredevils in 2018 and Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2021.

Well this is not the first time, this is the second time that Jason Roy has withdrawn from the IPL. In IPL 2020 too, Jason Roy had decided to leave the tournament due to personal reasons. In 2020, Delhi Capitals bought him for Rs 1.5 crore, but he withdrew due to personal reasons. If he plays in IPL, then he has to stay away from his family for at least two months and he does not want that.
