Lewandowski's hat-trick helped Bayern to win

KATHMANDU: German club Bayern Munich has entered the last eight of the Champions League. In the second leg of the last 16 on Tuesday night, Red Bull defeated Salzburg 7-1 and reached the quarterfinals with an overall victory of 8-2.

In the first leg, Bayern and Salzburg drew 1-1. Robert Lewandowski completed a hat-trick to give Bayern the win at home. Lewandowski opened the scoring in the 12th minute from the penalty spot.

Lewandowski scored his second individual goal from the penalty spot in the 21st minute to give the team a 2-0 lead. Robert Lewandowski scored a hat-trick in the first 23 minutes.

Serge Gnabry scored in the 31st minute to give Bayern a 4-0 lead. Thomas Muller scored in the 54th minute to give the team a 5-0 lead.

Muller scored his second individual goal in the 83rd minute to give the team a 6-1 lead. Lori Sane scored in the 86th minute to give Bayern a 7-1 victory.
